Director
As one of the founding members of Clifton Formwork, Gerry brings over 40 years of experience in the civil construction industry. With a background in carpentry/concreting, Gerry has played a pivotal role in driving both the construction and business aspects of the company. His passion for exploring and implementing modern technologies and methodologies ensuring that the business stays at the forefront of the industry.

Paul Campbell
Construction Manager
Paul has 18 years plus experience in Civil construction and holds BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from ATU Galway. He has worked on roads, bridges, and water infrastructure projects across Ireland and Australia. Paul joined the Clifton formwork team, in 2011 and has managed key projects such as the Peninsula Link Freeway, Regional Rail Link and Dingley Bypass before advancing to a Construction Manager role overseeing all projects. Paul’s role encompass involvement in the tendering process, working with the project delivery team and providing operational support to the day to day running of the business.

Justin Shrestha
Temporary Works Design Manager
Justin is a Chartered Structural Engineer with a Doctorate in Structural Engineering and more than a decade of experience in building and major infrastructure projects across Australia, Japan, India, and Nepal. His expertise spans both industry and research, focusing on structural materials and concrete infrastructure rehabilitation. He has published his research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences and serves as a reviewer for academic journals in structural engineering. As Design Manager for Temporary Works at Clifton Formwork, Justin leads the development and delivery of structural temporary works packages for major road, rail, and tunnel projects across Victoria.
